Diana Marquis, CFRE
She served the AFP Dallas Chapter as President and held other board positions as well as chairing the National Philanthropy Day Luncheon. She was appointed to the City of Dallas Cultural Affairs Commission and served four terms. She is a Leadership Dallas alumna, a Charter Member of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas and a founding member of the DFW Hispanic Communicators.
After many years of being a part-time college student, Diana earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Southern Methodist University when she was forty-one years old. She then joined the staff at her alma mater and earned her master’s degree.
Diana has lived in Dallas her adult life, but her roots are in the High Plains of West Texas.

Katey Flores
Katey Flores has a passion for helping her clients succeed. With over 15 years in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Katey has helped her clients build their businesses, grow their audience, and increase participation and sales. Katey has experience in Database Management, Email Marketing, Social Media, Research, Lead Generation, Client/Customer Support, and Training.
Prior to joining the business world, Katey served as an educator in the public school system, as well as a private tutor.

Sandra Wood
Sandra Wood has over 28 years of successful experience in resource development, grant writing, and outreach for non-profit organizations in Texas. Sandra brings extensive experience and professionalism to every client interaction and customizes services to meet each organization’s needs and concerns. She has helped nonprofits raise funding for arts and culture, at-risk youth, education, food insecurity, health and human services, housing, and workforce and economic development.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance from Midwestern State University at Wichita Falls, Texas, and holds a membership in the Grant Professionals Association, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Center for Nonprofit Management and Leadership. In addition to resource development, Sandra has over thirty years of experience as a performer, vocal instructor, and choral and stage director with numerous churches and performing arts organizations across North Texas. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and a 1998 graduate of Leadership Wichita Falls.
